What is an EICR?

An electrical installation condition report records the findings from an inspection and tests of the agreed installation. It helps you understand its condition and any issues identified.

Will the electricity need to be switched off?

Some tests require isolation. We’ll discuss access and disruption before the inspection so you can plan around the work.

What happens if defects are found?

We’ll explain the observations and discuss a proposed scope for any remedial work. Inspection and remedial work are separate scopes that can be agreed with you.
